Human Body Tester Overview
Features: The Human Body Tester can measure ESD shoes (both feet) and wrist straps simultaneously, or individually.
Specifications: Dual test circuits accurately measure grounded ESD shoes or wrist straps. Wrist strap measurement range: 750kΩ-10MΩ; grounded ESD shoe measurement range: 750kΩ-10MΩ; Accuracy: ±5%; Power Supply: 9V alkaline battery or AC power supply.
Test Method:
This test verifies that there is a path between the operator, the wrist strap, and the grounding wire.
A. While wearing the wrist strap, insert the plug end into the receptacle on the front of the tester.
B. Set the selector switch to the "WRIST CORD" position.
C. Press the test button to activate the tester. The tester will start within 2-3 seconds. Note: During the test, be sure not to accidentally touch any metal parts.
D. The green "PASS" LED illuminates, indicating that the wrist strap and grounding wire systems are functioning properly.
E. If the "FALT LO" or "FALL HI" LED illuminates and an audible alarm sounds, the wearer should immediately check the wrist strap system for proper function.

Test Standard: This instrument can detect and alarm when the combined human body resistance is greater than 109-1010Ω and less than 104Ω. The SL-031B is equipped with a 750KΩ-10MΩ circuit (for wrist strap testing) and a 750KΩ-100MΩ circuit (for shoe cover testing).
Functions:
1. Simultaneously tests the anti-static function of both an anti-static wrist strap and anti-static shoes.
2. Equipped with computer software, it connects to a computer to record each worker's test data and time.
3. The software can store test records for up to 5,000 workers.
4. Can connect to credit card readers, card readers, and door controllers (optional for special equipment).
Our comprehensive human body tester is suitable for managing key ESD protection areas in research laboratories, production workshops, warehouses, and other industries, including electronics, chips, ammunition, petroleum, chemicals, textiles, papermaking, rubber, printing, and computers.
