The SL-031 Antistatic Tester (Human Body ESD Comprehensive Tester) is a device specifically designed for industrial workshops, cleanrooms, and other environments. It is used to quickly and accurately test the grounding and resistance values of antistatic wrist straps and antistatic shoes worn by workers. Main functions and features: Independent three-channel detection: It can simultaneously or independently test the antistatic performance of the left foot, right foot, and wrist strap. Intuitive three-color status display: LED lights or alarm sounds for LO (below set value), PASS (pass), and HI (above set value) visually indicate whether the equipment meets the standards. Resistance range: The wrist strap testing range is typically set to 750 kΩ ~ 10 MΩ, and the shoe testing range is set to 750 kΩ ~ 100 MΩ. Computer linkage (optional): Often used in conjunction with ESD anti-static access control turnstiles, it ensures that personnel who fail the electrostatic discharge test cannot enter the production area through sensing and data recording.
