1. Electrostatic measuring instrument

(2) Wrist strap tester: Measure whether the wrist strap is effective.
(3) Wrist strap online monitor: monitor whether the wrist strap is damaged and worn well at any time.
(4) Human body comprehensive tester: It can be used to measure whether the wrist strap and anti-static shoes are effective, and it can also measure the comprehensive resistance of the human body.
(5) Surface resistance tester: used to measure the surface impedance or resistance of all conductive, antistatic and electrostatic discharge products.
(6) System monitoring alarm: It can monitor whether the work flow ground line is in good contact with the earth at any time.
2. Requirement of anti-static technical indicators in the manufacture of electronic products
(1), anti-static ground electrode grounding resistance <10Ω
(2) Anti-static floor or floor mat: surface resistance value 105-109Ω, friction voltage <100V.
(3) Anti-static wall: resistance value 5×104-109Ω.
(4) Anti-static workbench mat: surface resistance value 105-109Ω; friction voltage <100V; resistance to ground system 105-109Ω.
(5) The resistance of the anti-static work chair facing the casters is 105-109Ω.
(6) Friction voltage of anti-static work clothes, hats and gloves＜300V; friction voltage of shoe soles＜
100V. The surface resistance is 105-109Ω.
(7) Anti-static wrist strap connection cable resistance 1M
Ω; system resistance 750Ω when wearing a wrist strap
-1O.5MΩ. The resistance of the heel strap (shoe harness) system is 105-108Ω.
(8) The resistance of the logistics vehicle platform facing the wheel system is 105-109Ω.
(9) The surface resistance of logistics transfer equipment such as material boxes, turnover boxes, PCB racks, etc. is 103-109Ω, and the friction voltage is less than 100V.
(10) Packaging generation and box friction voltage <100V.
(11) The overall resistance of the human body is 105-109Ω.
