This article mainly talks about the main steps of SMT loading and unloading rack installation. The tools used mainly include manual hexalobe screw wrench and electric hexalobe screw wrench.
1. First choose the accessories. The accessories include: two upper and lower metal bottom plates, four aluminum alloy columns, 12 screws, 12 screw washers, a fixed side plate, a movable side plate, and a stop rod.
2. After selecting the accessories and tools, you can install it. First, fix the four aluminum alloy columns with screws on a metal base plate, (there is a washer under each screw) and tighten the screws to prevent shaking.
3. Fix a fixed side plate on the metal fixing plate of the screwed column, tighten the screws as before, and then fix another metal fixing plate. When installing this fixed base plate, pay attention to slightly unscrewing the screws, but fix it so that it does not slip off the column.
4. The fourth step is the most critical. If this step is not well installed, the previous work will be done in vain. It is to install the movable side plate. I just said that when fixing another bottom plate, do not tighten it. This is how the movable side plate can be easily anti-static. First align one side (upper side or lower side) directly to the bottom end of the gear, and then the movable plate on the other side slowly slides along the gear to this side, so as to see if the upper and lower sides are aligned, the lower movable buckle can be Whether it is stuck in the slide groove of the bottom plate, if everything is fine, then see if the movable buckle above can also be stuck in the slide groove of the bottom bottom plate, Ok, there is no problem, then the next step is to tighten the screws of this bottom plate.
5. The fifth step has been done perfectly, this step is very good, that is, slide the movable side plate from the side just installed along the gear groove to the other side. It is also very important at this time. When moving, you should slightly lift the two plastic wrenches on the movable side plate, so that the movable side plate can easily slide back and forth along the sliding groove and gear.
