Introduction of anti-static floor construction
(1) Requirements for foundation ground
1. The foundation ground can be water mill ground, porcelain brick ground, wooden ground, cement mortar ground.
2. The ground needs to be flat, without obvious unevenness, and the unevenness is less than two thousandths.
3. The ground must have sufficient strength without sanding and shelling.
4. The ground needs to be dry, and the newly poured ground generally needs to be dry for 30 days.
(2) Construction procedures
Clean the ground -> spread the grounding conductive net -> lead out the ground wire -> apply super glue -> apply conductive glue -> pave the floor -> weld the floor gap -> surface cleaning -> test performance.
(3) Floor maintenance
1. Avoid scratching or dragging on the floor surface with sharp or rough heavy objects, avoid walking on the floor with nailed shoes, and keep the floor surface smooth and flat.
2. Avoid placing chairs with black rubber bottom cushions on the floor to prevent black sulfide from polluting the floor.
3. If there is oily dirt on the floor surface, it can be scrubbed with decontamination powder and washing powder. If the surface is scratched and bristled, it can be sanded with fine water sandpaper.
4. If a large area of the floor surface is dirty due to installation of equipment, a professional cleaning machine can be used to help clean the service.
5. Our factory is equipped with anti-static wax to maintain the floor. Generally, it can be waxed once every six months. If there are many people, it can also be waxed once every three months.
