The SL-005CF flexible ionizing air snake (nozzle) is an industrial static elimination and dust removal device developed by our company, which integrates compressed air with ion-generation technology.
• Operating Principle: It generates a large volume of positive and negative ions by ionizing air under high voltage. These ions are then propelled by a high-speed stream of compressed air to neutralize static charges on the surface of a target object, while the powerful airflow simultaneously dislodges and removes stubborn dust.
• Structural Features: Equipped with a flexible, bendable "snake-like" tube and a directional nozzle, it allows for non-contact, targeted operation. It is particularly well-suited for specialized environments, such as confined spaces, areas inaccessible by hand, or automated production lines.
• System Requirements: It must be used in conjunction with a compatible high-voltage power supply unit (typically purchased separately).
