Ion blower measurement standards

According to the IEC 61340-5-1 standard, the ion balance of an SMT ion blower should be within ±10V, the ion current should be between 1mA and 5mA, the ion density should be between 10^5/cm^3 and 10^7/cm^3, and the ion wind speed should be between 0.3m/s and 0.6m/s.
