Is the anti-static clothing you bought made of real conductive wire?

General anti-static clothing is made of special polyester filament and conductive fiber, with stripes and grid anti-static wire, you are welcome to choose according to your use, generally 5mm stripes are the most used fabric. However, there are many fake conductive wires that need to be tested to be safe.
The fabric used for anti-static fabrics is woven with conductive fibers embedded in common yarns in a certain arrangement at various equal intervals, such as strips, squares, and so on. The mechanism is realized by the corona discharge between the conductive fibers in the fabric. However, in order to make huge profits, some units use this feature of anti-static fabrics to use the arrangement of "one true and one false, one true and two false" when processing grey fabrics. That is to say, some of the conductive fibers are real and some are fake. It can't be seen to achieve cost savings, lower prices, and disrupt the market.
The inspection method is to test the anti-static clothing with a surface resistance tester after cleaning and cleaning to see whether the parameters are within the qualified range. If it is not qualified, it proves that the conductive wire is fake. Many counterfeit conductive yarns have no anti-static effect. They just add an anti-static agent to the fabric, which will fail after cleaning.
