It is not that simple to extend the service life of ESD clothes
The human body and the processing of products will pollute the dust-free clothing. After wearing and using the dust-free clothing, some dust will often adhere to the inner and outer surfaces of the clothing, so cleaning becomes a very necessary issue. Whether the performance of clothing is weakened after cleaning is also a very important issue. Currently, qualified dust-free clothing can be washed more than 100 times.
Generally speaking, dust-free clothing cleaning must meet the following basic requirements:
(1) The amount of dust contained in the cleaned dust-free clothing meets the requirements of the corresponding level of clean room;
(2) The conductive fibers on the dust-free clothing are minimally damaged during the cleaning process.
While dust-free clothing can effectively remove dust on the surface of dust-free clothing, how to maintain the functionality of the clothing, that is, how to extend the service life of the clothing, is a very important matter. Mainly solve the following three points:
(1) Reduce the impact of cleaning on the conductive properties of clothing and ensure that the strength of the conductive threads is not damaged.
(2) Reduce the impact of cleaning on the tightness of clothing fabrics and yarn fastness, and maintain the dustproofness of clothing fabrics.
(3) Improve the sewing fastness of clothing and the conductive properties of sutures, and maintain the resistance between garment pieces to 105-109Ω
