Laying and using method of anti-static sticky mat
Laying method of sticky mat
1. Requirements for foundation ground:
① The ground should be flat without obvious unevenness, and the unevenness should be less than 2/1000.

②The foundation ground can be terrazzo ground, porcelain ground, or wooden ground.
③The ground should have sufficient strength without sanding and shelling.
④The ground should be dry.
2. Construction procedures and specific methods of anti-static sticky mat:
① Use 120# gasoline or xylene to clean impurities on the ground (using a washing machine).
② Lay copper or aluminum tape on the ground. For example, the thickness of the copper strip is 0.02 mm and the width is 30 mm. The length and quantity of the copper strip should be determined according to the actual requirements for laying on the ground, and one end of the laying copper strip should be in the same position as the ground.
③After laying the grounded conductive net, clean and dry the ground, apply conductive adhesive liquid, and dry for 20-30 minutes until the hands are not sticky. The bottom surface (black surface) of the anti-static sticky floor has the same operation (apply conductive glue only once), then glue the anti-static sticky floor mat to the ground, and roll it with a heavy-duty roller 5 times to make the surface of the anti-static rubber sheet neat , Straight, ready to use after 48 hours at room temperature.
④ During the construction period, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 25 degrees Celsius, the humidity should not be higher than 25 degrees Celsius, and the ventilation should be good.
⑤The electrical resistivity of the conductive glue is not more than 108Ωcm, and the peeling strength is Kg/2.5cm.
⑥ Conduction between gaps can be achieved by coating conductive adhesive liquid or pasting it on the surface of copper tape.
The surface resistance of the anti-static sticky mat refers to the ratio of the DC voltage between two points on the surface of the material to the current flowing through the material, expressed in ohms. Surface resistivity or volume resistivity is usually used to describe the resistive properties of materials. Surface resistivity is simply the resistance value measured between two electrodes on the same surface. The resistance value per unit area can be obtained by combining the shape of the electrode and the resistance value. The volume resistivity of the anti-static dust sticky mat refers to the resistance value through the thickness of the material, and the unit is Ω·cm. General surface resistance can be measured with a surface resistance measuring instrument.
