Let me teach you how to choose anti-static shoes
The configuration of electrical performance protective shoes should be carried out in accordance with the national standard GB11651-1989 "Labor Protection Equipment Selection Rules" and the "Labor Protection Equipment Configuration Standard (Trial)" issued by the State Economic and Trade Commission on March 6, 2000 or relevant local and industry regulations. It can also be selected according to the type of protective injury and the working environment. For example, if the main risk factor in the working environment is electrostatic injury, and the working floor is a conductive floor, you can consider using conductive shoes; and if there may be low-voltage (below 250V) electric shock hazards at the same time, and the working floor is an anti-static floor, you can consider using anti-static shoes.

Anti-static shoes and conductive shoes are mainly used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical and electronic industries.

If the main risk factor in the working environment is electric shock, electrical insulating shoes should be used when working with electricity.

In addition, users can choose electrical performance protective shoes of different materials according to the working environment. For example, in most electronic and pharmaceutical industries, the environment is relatively clean and the work intensity is relatively low (less walking). Cloth-surface rubber-soled anti-static shoes or conductive shoes can be selected, which are light, comfortable and breathable. In the petrochemical industry, including gas stations, the working environment is relatively complex and the work intensity is relatively high (more walking). Anti-static leather shoes or conductive leather shoes can be selected, which are more resistant to dirt and wear. Similarly, in live working places with power frequency voltage below 1kV and a relatively dry environment, electrically insulating leather shoes or electrically insulating cloth rubber shoes with a withstand voltage of less than 15kV can be selected. In working places with power frequency voltage above 1kV or a relatively humid environment, electrically insulating rubber boots or electrically insulating plastic boots with a withstand voltage of more than 15kV can be selected. When using, the provisions of the electrical safety work regulations (DL408 and DL409) must also be strictly observed.

Leather shoes can also be selected according to the user's preferences, with different production processes and appearance quality products.

At present, the most common leather shoes are glued and injected, the seam leather shoes are mostly tire soles and suede insulation leather shoes, and molded leather shoes are rarely used now. The appearance quality is generally easy to judge, such as whether the upper surface is damaged, the color is different, the parallel stitches are repeated, the stitches are skipped, the thread is broken, the stitch size is uneven, whether the upper and sole are open, the thread is unstitched, whether the sole and the rubber surface are over-sulfurized, under-sulfurized, or sprayed with sulfur, etc. The internal quality needs to be checked by the product's factory inspection certificate. It is best to check the inspection report issued by a third-party inspection agency recognized by the national government department as the basis for judging the quality of the product.
