The electrostatic protection of LED production workshops, everyone's practice, generally has hidden dangers to varying degrees. Mainly manifested in: 1. The static electricity of the human body, if the wrist strap is equipped with a cordless, it will not work at all. Because the working principle of the cordless wrist strap is self-inductive ionization discharge, it usually produces an effect when the electrostatic voltage exceeds 2000V, and this voltage has already exceeded the electrostatic destruction voltage of the LED. 2. The anti-static work chair and other tools used in the work area of the workshop, after a period of time, the resistance of the chair surface and backrest is greater than 108-1010Ω.

In terms of measurement and control methods, Beichen Optoelectronics has added temperature and humidity monitoring to the work area, recording temperature and humidity every day; measuring static voltage every month; measuring surface resistance before purchasing all protective equipment; employee anti-static clothing, hats, etc., check the surface once a month Resistance and friction voltage; test the surface resistance and friction voltage after each wash; test the surface resistance once a year for anti-static table mats. A comprehensive human body resistance tester is installed at the entrance of the workshop; the balance voltage and static dissipation time of the ion fan are once a month.
