Performance and test methods of synthetic fiber antistatic silk for the electronics industry
Antistatic conductive silk fabric is made of polyester filament and high-performance permanent conductive fiber woven by special process. This kind of fabric has excellent antistatic and dustproof performance through special sewing process. It is widely used in electronics, medicine, bioengineering, optics, aerospace, aviation and other industries.

It has excellent antistatic performance and is permanent. It is not affected at low temperature. The friction voltage can reach below 20V. It has excellent dustproof, breathable, washable, wear-resistant and stable properties.
Scope of use: Fabric for making various clean room dust-free clothes, which can be used in 10-10000 class clean rooms.
(1) Live test. During the test, it should comply with the provisions of GB 12014-89 "Antistatic Work Clothes" (this standard specifies the quality requirements, safety performance, inspection rules, marking and packaging, test methods, etc. of antistatic work clothes)
(2) Resistance test. When measuring point-to-point resistance, the clothing should be placed on an insulating table. The insulating table must have a surface resistance of at least 10^14 Ω and be large enough to prevent any part of the garment from coming into contact with the table.
