1. The ion fan's operating environment should be cleaned regularly, and the surface of the ion fan must be kept clean. There should be no debris in the air outlet and air inlet. The use environment of the ion fan should always be kept clean and tidy, the surface of the ion fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris in the inlet and outlet, and the dust in the ion fan tube should also be cleaned regularly.
2. Before turning on the ion fan, make sure that the equipment is completely normal, the power supply facility has sufficient capacity, the voltage is stable, and the phase loss operation is prohibited. The power supply line of the ion fan must be dedicated, and do not use temporary lines for long-term power supply.
3. If the ion fan emits abnormal sounds during the process, the motor generates heat seriously, the housing leaks, the switch trips, or the device fails to start, it should be stopped immediately for detection. For safety reasons, ion fan maintenance should be carried out in the event of power failure. After the maintenance, it should be run for 5 minutes, and the ion fan should be turned on after the abnormal conditions are completely eliminated.
4. Storage ion fan should choose a dry place to prevent the motor from getting wet. When storing ion blowers in a leak-filled environment, rain-proof measures must be taken. In addition, avoid bumping during transportation, otherwise the ion fan will be damaged.
