Primary Uses of Anti-Static Finger Cots in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry
Anti-static finger cots are manufactured using 100% concentrated natural latex combined with anti-static agents. They are free from silicone oil and ammonia compounds, and undergo a chlorination process to effectively prevent the generation of static electricity. They provide excellent protection for the fingers and safely dissipate static charges carried by the human body. Common types include open-end finger cots, orange anti-slip cots, white powder-free/dust-free cots, cleanroom-grade cots, pink anti-static cots, transparent anti-slip cots, transparent frosted cots, and black anti-static cots.

These finger cots serve as protective gear for operators in sectors such as electronics, optics, microelectronics, plastic component manufacturing, watchmaking, and biopharmaceuticals. The ultra-thin design at the fingertips ensures dexterity and ease of wear, allowing personnel to handle extremely small components with precision. Infused with anti-static agents, these cots not only prevent damage to products caused by human sweat, fingerprints, or static electricity, but also act as a barrier against corrosive liquids-protecting the skin from potential allergic reactions-and preventing fingernails from scratching the products.

Before use, the anti-static properties of the finger cots should be verified; testing should be conducted at a room temperature of 26°C and a relative humidity of 45%. Please keep the following points in mind when using these cots:

1. When using them for tasks involving liquids, first check for air leaks: blow air into the cot and pinch the opening shut. If the cot shrinks, it indicates a leak and should not be used. Also, take care to avoid punctures from sharp objects, such as needles or scissors.

2. If you experience numbness, swelling, or a purplish discoloration in your fingers while wearing the cots, remove them immediately and elevate your fingers; the symptoms will gradually subside. 3. After use, allow to air-dry in a shaded area (do not expose to direct sunlight). The item is reusable; if it becomes difficult to put on after repeated use, you may apply a small amount of baby powder or talcum powder to act as a lubricant.

4. When removing, roll the item down from the top. This makes it easier to take off, prevents tearing, and ensures it is ready for the next use.

5. Storage conditions: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
