Principle and installation of anti-static table mat
Anti-static rubber is also called anti-static rubber sheet, anti-static table mat, anti-static table mat, etc. Anti-static rubber is mainly made of anti-static materials and static-dissipative synthetic rubber. It is usually a 2mm double-layer composite structure with a surface layer of about 0.5mm dissipative static layer and a bottom layer of about 1.5mm conductive layer.
Lay anti-static rubber on the desktop, then fasten one end of the anti-static grounding wire on the surface, and connect the other end to the ground conductor, so that the static electricity collected on the desktop can be discharged through the anti-static grounding wire.
1. The green surface is for storage and absorption of static electricity around the desktop. Its resistance is 107--109Ωcm;
2. Black bottom conductor ≤106Ωcm, the conductor can quickly discharge the absorbed static electricity;
3. One end of the ground wire is connected to the anti-static pad and the other end is connected to the ground, so the static electricity is smoothly discharged to the ground through the connection wire. This will discharge the static electricity around the desktop through this principle.
