Production workshop anti-static control
Operators are required to check their own anti-static wrist straps, anti-static shoes and electrostatic clothing before going to work every day. You must test and record before you can enter the workshop. If it is damaged, find a new one in the future to replace the new electrostatic wrist strap, static shoes and electrostatic clothing. IPQC tests the static ring worn by the operator online every morning and in the afternoon. If there is any abnormality, notify the production director or department manager.
Before the operator officially works, check the grounding point of the station where it is located for looseness or falling off. If so, the relevant person in charge should be notified immediately.
The surface of the static table should be kept clean during the operation of the operator and before leaving work. The surface of the anti-static table should not be covered with paper, glass and plastic folders.
Electrostatic sensitive materials and semi-finished products/finished products must be transported and stored in anti-static packaging (such as electrostatic shielding bags, anti-static component boxes, etc.). For non-anti-static packaging online materials, it is necessary to use anti-static packaging for ion fan treatment. It should be noted that the anti-static component box/box and the like are placed separately from the ordinary plastic component box/box, and non-anti-static articles such as foam, paper, plastic bags, etc. are not allowed to be laid in the anti-static container.
The production department shall monitor and record the temperature and humidity of the workshop and warehouse on a daily basis. If there is any abnormality, the relevant personnel shall be notified in time for handling.
IPQC can be put into use every 15 days after the surface impedance of the work surface is tested to 106~~~1011. If there is any abnormality, the relevant personnel should be notified in time. All turnover vehicles/static boxes/static sponges/electrostatic bags are tested and their surface impedance is 106~~~1011.
