Proper Donning, Docking, and Cleaning of Anti-static Coveralls

1. Anti-static coveralls should be worn in any environment where explosive gas mixtures are present continuously, frequently, for short periods of time, or for long periods of time, or where explosive gas mixtures are likely to occur, and where the minimum ignition energy of combustible materials is below 0.25 mJ.
2. Avoid donning or doffing anti-static coveralls in flammable and explosive environments.
3. Avoid attaching or wearing any metal objects to or on anti-static coveralls.
4. When wearing anti-static coveralls, wear anti-static shoes. The floor should also be anti-static and grounded.
5. Keep anti-static coveralls clean to maintain their anti-static properties. After use, wipe with a soft brush or cloth dipped in neutral detergent, avoiding damaging the fabric.
6. Anti-static coveralls are best washed with a neutral detergent. Do not mix with other laundry. Use hand wash or a gentle cycle in a washing machine to prevent breakage of conductive fibers. 7. After wearing for a period of time, anti-static clothing should be inspected. If the static performance does not meet standard requirements, it cannot be used again.
8. When wearing anti-static clothing in fire and explosion hazardous areas, it must be worn with anti-static footwear as specified by relevant national standards.
