Test cases of anti-static products
1) Wrist strap test: After using it for a period of time, because the wrist strap is continuously stretched and bent during this process, the metal wires in some products that are not of high quality will break off, which will not have an antistatic effect. The personnel who use it are not aware that it has expired and came into contact with ESDS static sensitive parts and products, causing electrostatic damage.
2) Anti-static clothing test: There are many low-quality, counterfeit anti-static clothing on the market. Before use, it must be tested (mainly triboelectric test) to identify its effectiveness. The general method is to use a surface resistance tester and an electrostatic field tester to test the surface resistance and static voltage of the clothes. Mainly to see if the conductive fiber is effective. Detailed methods refer to the corresponding national standards.
3) Anti-static gloves (finger cuffs) test: The technical principle is the same as above, mainly to test the surface resistance.
