The advantages of clean cloth on the market

2. PVA sponge dust-free cloth: the absorption capacity and decontamination capacity are large, it can only be used with water, otherwise it is a hard block and cannot be wiped.
3. Polyester and nylon woven dust-free cloth: Advantages: strong ability to remove residual rubber stains Disadvantages: weak ability to remove particulate dirt and dust
4. PU sponge dust-free cloth: large amount of decontamination, but not durable, easy to break off fibers. And it is not resistant to solvents with strong solubility.
5. Cotton woven knitted dust-free cloth: high temperature resistance, strong ability to remove water pollution, very low cleanliness, not suitable for use in clean rooms above grade 10,000.
6. Polyester knitted clean cloth: advantages: wear resistance, strong decontamination ability and high cleanliness. Disadvantages: It does not absorb water itself, and has a weak ability to remove sewage. It is usually treated with a hydrophilic agent, and the hydrophilic agent will be dissolved in the solvent we use.

Disadvantages: the cleanliness is not high, the solvent breaks off the chips, and it cannot be used in a very clean environment.
8. All polyester non-woven dust-free cloth: higher cleanliness than wood pulp polyester non-woven dust-free cloth, and also slightly durable, but it is not suitable for removing water stains, because the polyester's hydrophilic ability is not strong.
9. Polyester and nylon knitted dust-free cloth: advantages: wear resistance, grease removal, handprint and other pollutant capabilities are very strong, the solvent dries quickly after wiping, high efficiency, disadvantages: relatively high cost.
10. All wood pulp non-woven dust-free cloth: advantages: resistance to organic solvents, strong decontamination ability Disadvantages: cleanliness is not high, except for the M-3 in Japan, the cleanliness is slightly higher, other wood pulp non-woven fabrics made in China The cleanliness is very low, it is easy to fall off chips, and it is not suitable for use in clean rooms with more than a thousand grades.
