The use of stainless steel human body static eliminator

For your safety in production, it is recommended that you use a human body electrostatic discharger in the following places:

1. Oil depots and railway oil platforms, storage tank escalators and tank farm entrances and other places

2. The pump room and the place where the static electricity of the human body needs to be eliminated during the turnover of oil storage and transportation

3. Gas station unloading port, self-service gas station, beside automatic gas machine and other places

4. Other places that need to work after eliminating the static electricity of the human body


Installation of electrostatic dischargers

Step 1. Use an impact drill to drill the corresponding mounting holes on the ground.

Step 2. Put the expansion bolts into the installation holes (to prevent the installation holes from being too deep, you should put the expansion bolts first and tighten the nuts slightly until the bolts will not fall down, and then remove the nuts).

Step 3. Set the mounting flange base onto the already placed expansion bolts and fix them with screws.


Step 4. Use a grounding cable to connect the pole to the grounding grid (pile) and other grounding equipment.

1. Keep the equipment clean, and regularly clean the dust and oil on the touch ball to prevent affecting the electrostatic discharge effect of the human body.

2. Regularly check and maintain the equipment, and check whether the grounding bolts and other accessories of the grounding wire are loose, so as to avoid poor grounding.


Note: Please make sure that the product is grounded reliably and check regularly;

The grounding wire can be connected to the public grounding network or grounding stake; it can also be driven into the ground with a metal rod to form a grounding stake for grounding the grounding wire, and the grounding resistance should be less than 100Ω. To take into account the lightning protection grounding, the grounding resistance should be <10Ω.
