Use method and precautions of anti-static wrist strap
1. The metal piece on the anti-static wrist strap must be in contact with human skin;
2. When purchasing an anti-static wrist strap, you must purchase an anti-static wrist strap with a protective resistance (about 1 megohm). There is a 1 megohm resistance in the anti-static wrist strap, which is very important. The unqualified anti-static wrist strap does not have this resistance. The function of this resistor is to slow down the electrostatic discharge speed on the one hand, and avoid accidental leakage damage on the other hand.
Both aspects are designed to protect personal safety. Therefore, when purchasing, you must determine whether there is a resistance of about 1 megohm.
