What are the dress requirements and performance of anti-static clothing?
Anti-static clothing has both dust-free and anti-static properties. It is made of high-quality polyester filament fabric, and has various special requirements. It must have dust-free, filterability, comfort, durability, high temperature resistance, cleaning resistance and other characteristics. Imported High-quality conductive wire ensures excellent anti-static performance of the product.

Anti-static clothing dress requirements: Clean clothing should use a hood to cover all hair and beard and other relevant parts, the hood should be tucked into the collar, a mask should be worn to prevent droplets, and protective goggles should be worn if necessary. Wear sterilized rubber or plastic gloves without particulate matter (such as talc), wear sterilized or sterilized foot covers, trouser legs should be tucked into the foot cover, and cuffs should be tucked into the gloves. The clean suit should be a sterilized one-piece clean suit dedicated to the clean room, which does not shed fibers or particles, and can retain the particles emitted by the body.
Check whether the cutting and sewing of anti-static clothing meet the specifications. Improper cutting and sewing will increase the dust generation of clean clothing. This is because the edges of clothing pieces will emit particles outward. Therefore, clean clothing requires curling. , three-folding, piping or four-folding, etc. to deal with the connection of the pieces. And the exposed burrs need to be hot-melted, and some high-grade clean clothes also require laser cutting of the fabric to reduce dust generation.
Anti-static fibers in anti-static clothing Anti-static fibers must be used in clean clothing, and incorrect selection of anti-static fibers may cause pollution. At present, there are two common types of anti-static fibers - surface carburized anti-static fibers and composite spinning anti-static fibers.
Surface carburized anti-static fiber, because its conductive components are coated on the surface of the substrate, it is easily peeled off by washing and friction, which increases the amount of dust generated by the fabric. And because it needs to be worn in a clean room, the clothes themselves cannot become a source of dust in the clean room, so this kind of anti-static fiber cannot be used in a clean room environment.
The composite spinning type antistatic fiber is made by fully mixing the conductive component with the molten matrix material, and then compounding the fiber with the matrix material through a special spinneret hole, so it is wear-resistant and washable, and not easy to generate dust.
If the surface of the anti-static fiber is rough and has light-transmitting points, it can be judged as surface carburized anti-static fiber and cannot be used to make clean clothes.
