1.Anti-static workbench
A. The anti-static workbench is the basic part of the anti-static work area. It consists of a workbench, an anti-static table mat, a wristband connector, and a ground wire.
B. There should be no less than two wrist strap connectors on the anti-static table mat, one for the operator and the other for the technician, inspector or other personnel.
C. If necessary, the anti-static workbench should be equipped with ion wind static eliminator.
D. Plastic boxes (sheets), rubber, cardboard, glass and other sundries that are liable to generate static electricity are not allowed to be piled on the electrostatic safety workbench.
2, anti-static wristband
Persons in direct contact with electrostatic sensitive devices should wear anti-static wristbands. The wristbands should have good contact with human skin. The wristbands must be non-irritating and allergic to the human body. The ground resistance of the wristband system should be in the range of 106 to 108Ω Inside.
3.Anti-static container
During the development and production of electronic equipment, all storage (anti-static shelves, anti-static storage cabinets), containers for circulating SSDs (anti-static carts, component bags, transfer boxes, printed board racks, component storage boxes, etc.) Should have electrostatic protection. Metal and ordinary plastic containers are not allowed. If necessary, the turnover box for storing parts should be grounded.
4. Static discharge device
When entering the area of the anti-static work area, remove the electric charges carried on the human body.
5.Anti-static work clothes
A. Persons entering the anti-static work area or touching the SSD should wear anti-static work clothes, and the fabric of the anti-static work clothes should meet the GB 12014 regulations.
B. In environments where the relative humidity is greater than 50%, anti-static work clothes are allowed to use pure cotton products.
6.Anti-static work shoes
Persons who enter the anti-static work area or contact the SSD should wear anti-static work shoes. The anti-static work shoes should meet the relevant regulations of GB 4385. Under normal circumstances, ordinary shoes are allowed, but conductive shoelaces or heel straps should be used at the same time.
