What are the general requirements for dust-free clothing in a dust-free workshop?
1. Dust-free clothes do not generate dust
Cleanroom clothing is mainly used in cleanroom workshops, which determines that cleanroom clothing fabrics can only be produced with chemically synthesized long fibers, while natural short fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk cannot be used in ultra-cleanroom clothing fabrics. At the same time, the selected long-fiber filaments must also strictly control the amount of dust generated. Generally speaking, fully matted polyester filament is not suitable for weaving anti-static dust-free clothing because the matting agent titanium dioxide added in polyester production will become a source of pollution. Consider this series of material selection and whether it will cause pollution to ensure that the dust-free clothing itself does not become a source of dust and effectively ensures a clean environment in the dust-free workshop.
2. Dust-free clothing has good dust filtration properties
The dust in the dust-free workshop mainly comes from the air flowing indoors and the staff working in the dust-free room. Under the condition that the relevant equipment for controlling indoor air cleanliness is perfect, improving the cleanliness of the dust-free workshop must be done to the greatest extent. Control the tiny dust generated by the human body in the dust-free clothing and prevent it from flowing through the dust-free clothing into the air. This requires that the dust filtration performance of the dust-free clothing should be better, relatively speaking, it must be at the expense of the breathability of the dust-free clothing. In this regard, ordinary knitted fabrics and relatively loose woven clothing are not suitable for dust-free workshops.
