What are the production sites that meet anti-static standards

1. Wear an anti-static wrist strap before touching ESSD and its components. Make sure that the wrist strap is in good contact with the skin and connected to the anti-static grounding system. Do not apply oily substances such as skin care oil or antifreeze oil on the skin of the wrist strap.

2. All equipment and tools that contact ESSD and components (such as the whole machine under test, test equipment, devices and fixtures, wave soldering machines, electric batches, electric ferrochrome, turnover vehicles, etc.) must be reliably connected to the anti-static ground wire.

3. All ESSDs and components must take appropriate electrostatic protection measures during their storage and transportation. Anti-static packaging materials, containers, and turnover vehicles must be used. The turnover vehicles must be reliably grounded. Refuse to accept ESSD and components that do not meet the requirements of anti-static packaging.

4. IC ESSD must be placed in a special anti-static container (such as tube, seat), it is strictly prohibited to insert IC type ESSD on the foam and pack it in a container or packaging bag that does not have anti-static function. Take them one by one according to your needs. Don't pour out a pile of ICs and place them on the work surface. (Anti-static product sales line: 0755-86097233 13714697028)

5. The batching, issuing and dumping process of ESSD and its components must be carried out in an anti-static container.

6. For parts (such as fasteners, cables, etc.) that are not packaged in anti-static packaging, eliminate static electricity (the conductor part touches the anti-static ground wire) before entering the anti-static work area.

7. Avoid touching the conductive parts of the ESSD and its components when holding it, and minimize the number of contacts with the ESSD and its components during operation.

8. In principle, PCB boards with installed and soldered components must not be exposed and stacked. When it is necessary to temporarily stack them, they must be separated by anti-static materials.

9. When cleaning ESSD and components, use neutral detergent or alcohol to clean; use anti-static brush for manual cleaning; when cleaning with a cleaning machine, the PCB board should be placed on the metal grid and not suspended in the cleaning box.

10. The power must be disconnected before inserting or removing a single board. It is strictly forbidden to insert or remove a single board when it is powered on (except for special operation instructions).

If every operator can do this with the support of the company, the hazards of static electricity will be reduced a lot
