Anti-static pp boxes-also known as electronic component turnover boxes-are used for transporting semiconductor devices. They generally fall into two categories: injection-molded turnover boxes and hollow-board turnover boxes. Below is an introduction to these two types of materials:
Anti-static injection-molded turnover boxes are manufactured using a composite material made from a polypropylene (PP) base mixed with carbon powder. The carbon powder provides electrical conductivity and enhances mechanical strength, while traditional injection molding processes are used to form the boxes.
Anti-static hollow-board turnover boxes are constructed from hollow plastic sheets and come in various designs, such as framed boxes, collapsible boxes, and lidded boxes. They effectively dissipate static charges accumulated on object surfaces, preventing charge buildup and high potential differences. These boxes are tough, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and thermally insulating; they are widely used for handling, packaging, storing, and transporting electronic components and products during the manufacturing process.
