What is the highest voltage/current an employee can handle while being electrostatically grounded?

In electrostatic prevention and control management, there is a hard requirement: that is, the safety of the operator always comes first (before any ESD practice).
For people who work in an environment lower than AC250V, it is appropriate to configure a grounding resistance of 1 megohm.
Any working voltage higher than AC250V requires special design and safety precautions.
In case of special circumstances, please always pay attention to personal safety when working with a live power supply greater than AC250 V.
