The influence of electric charge on working lines, improving the qualification rate of products and the safety of production operations, are usually used in pharmaceutical factories, electronics factories, food factories and laboratories, etc. At the same time, under the protection of anti-static shoes, the dust generated by the staff in the clean room can be effectively reduced, so as to maintain the normal and stable operation of the clean room.
The function of anti-static shoes is different from that of conductive shoes. Although they can eliminate the static electricity of the human body, and need to regularly check the resistance value after use, if the test fails, it needs to be updated in time. However, the role of anti-static shoes is not necessarily equal to conductive shoes. Anti-static shoes can only be used on anti-static ground and can resist electric shock below 250V. If it exceeds 250V, it is dangerous.
In order to effectively play the role of anti-static shoes, you should wear anti-static clothing while wearing anti-static shoes, so as to effectively prevent static electricity. The conductive shoes are used on the ground that can conduct electricity, and must not be used in places of electric shock. It should be noted that when wearing anti-static shoes and conductive shoes, they cannot be used with insulating insoles, and the functions of these two safety shoes cannot be superimposed.
As mentioned above, in order to better play the role of anti-static shoes, the following points need to be paid attention to. First of all, when wearing anti-static shoes and conductive shoes, you cannot wear socks or insoles of insulating materials at the same time. It is strictly forbidden to use anti-static shoes as insulating shoes. Secondly, anti-static shoes can only be used on anti-static ground, and only conductive shoes can be used on conductive places, so as to better play the role of anti-static shoes.
Anti-static shoes need to be used together with anti-static clothing, and anti-static shoes and anti-static clothing together constitute a complete anti-static system. Daily attention should be paid to the cleaning, waterproof and moisture-proof of anti-static shoes. In addition, it should be kept in mind that the resistance value of anti-static shoes needs to be tested within 200 hours of wearing. Generally, the resistance value is between 100K ohms and 1000M ohms to be safe. If the resistance is not within the safe range, it needs to be replaced in time.
