What kind of anti-static clothing is used in the clean room

The dust-free clothing used in the dust-free workshop has two major characteristics, which are not available in ordinary clothing. Here is an introduction for everyone:

1. No dust on clean clothes. Cleanroom clothing is mainly used in cleanrooms, which determines that cleanroom clothing fabrics can only be produced with chemically synthesized long fibers, while natural short fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk cannot be used in ultracleanroom clothing fabrics. At the same time, the selected long-fiber filaments must also strictly control the amount of dust. Generally speaking, full-matt polyester filaments are not suitable for weaving antistatic dust-free clothes, because the matting agent titanium dioxide added in polyester production will become a source of pollution. Considering this series of materials selection and whether it will cause pollution, etc., to ensure that the clean room itself does not become a source of dust, and effectively protect the clean environment of the clean room.

2. Dust-free clothing has good dust filtering performance. The dust in the clean room mainly comes from the indoor flowing air and the staff working in the clean room. Under the condition that the relevant equipment for controlling the cleanliness of the air in the room is perfect, the cleanliness of the clean room must be maximized. The tiny dust generated by the human body is controlled in the clean room, and it is not allowed to flow through the clean room into the air. This requires that the cleanliness of the cleanroom clothing is better, and the breathability of the cleanroom clothing is relatively sacrificed. In this regard, general knitted fabrics and loose woven garments are not suitable for dust-free workshops.
