What purification equipment are mainly installed in the dust-free purification workshop?
First, the air intake system of the dust-free purification workshop should be installed with a fresh air filter box, a central purification air conditioner (the central purification air conditioner should be divided into three filter sections: primary/medium/high efficiency), and a high-efficiency air supply port at the end. A purification booster box is also installed when necessary.
Second, the return air system of the dust-free purification workshop should be installed with a return air port, a primary filter, and a medium-efficiency return air box.
Third, before entering the dust-free purification workshop, enter the buffer zone first. The buffer zone door is equipped with an electronic interlock, and a clean storage cabinet and an air purifier are placed in the changing area. Third, people and goods entering the dust-free purification workshop must pass through the air shower room, cargo shower room, and the transfer window mainly transfers small items.
Fourth, in the dust-free purification workshop, a vertical laminar flow workbench, a laminar flow hood (FFU), a clean shed (a movable clean work shed), and a self-cleaner are installed in the local area that needs to reach level 10-1000. For measuring the cleanliness of the clean room, a laser dust particle counter is used.
