What's ESD strapping we made?
Antistatic Strapping Antistatic strapping (ESD strapping) is mainly used in precision industries such as electronics, chips, and semiconductors to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to components during packaging. It is made of black conductive polypropylene (PP) or materials with added antistatic agents, possessing excellent surface resistivity (typically 10e6-10e9 ohms/m²) and tensile strength. The surface often has reinforcing stripes, making it suitable for automatic packaging machines.

ESD test for Anti-Static ESD PP Strap

Our company produces an antistatic strapping product comprising a strap body. The outer surface of the strap body is evenly distributed with several crisscrossing reinforcing horizontal ribs and several reinforcing vertical ribs. The distance between any two adjacent reinforcing horizontal ribs is the same, and the distance between any two adjacent reinforcing vertical ribs is the same. Any reinforcing vertical rib is perpendicular to any reinforcing horizontal rib. Each reinforcing horizontal and vertical rib has conductive wires embedded along its length on its outer surface. The advantages of this product are: good antistatic effect, high structural strength, ease of use, long service life, and improved utilization value.
