Anti-static clothing is a necessary protective clothing for dust-free workshops. Although the air cleanliness in dust-free workshops is relatively high, scratches and tears also occur due to problems with the workstations and staff operations. How to remedy these damaged anti-static clothing?
First of all, you should know that its material is commonly known as conductive silk fabric, and the material for sewing should also be the same fabric. In order not to affect the anti-static and clean performance of dust-free clothing, sewing also needs to follow certain specifications.
First: For a quarter of the patch area not exceeding 3 inches. The anti-static line must be straight and the patch must be completely attached to the esd fabric.
Second: The length of the anti-static clothing sewing should not exceed 3 inches, and should be consistent with the Efb-2 category regulations in the ASTM/FED-STD-751A standard, and the anti-static line seam should be straight.
Third: The stain size should not exceed an area of 4*4CM. Adhesive substances that are easy to disperse dust are not allowed.
Fourth: Buckles and snaps should be intact.
