After dust-free purification and cleaning, the packaging bags used for dust-free clothes and dust-free boots are generally divided into two types, one is a relatively hard white nylon bag, and the other is a softer PE plastic bag. So why are there two kinds of packaging bags?
The main reason for this is cost. Because of the nylon layer of the white nylon bag, the dust-free clothing is not easy to leak after being vacuum-sealed in the bag. Due to the lack of nylon layer, PE plastic bags are relatively easy to leak after vacuum sealing. But its cost is only 1/4 of the nylon bag.
How to choose? According to our 10 years of dust-free cleaning experience, if the dust-free clothes and boots you want to clean are used in a thousand-level workshop, and the cleaned clothes will be used soon, then you can choose PE plastic bags, even if If there is a leaking bag, such clothes and shoes can continue to be used as long as the bag is not broken and you cannot press the air bag back. If you want to clean the clean clothes and boots used in the class 100 workshop, then it is best to use nylon bags, which can not only greatly reduce the phenomenon of air leakage, but also suitable for long-term storage. Dust-free boots are best not to continue to use.
