The fabric is made of special polyester filament, inlaid with conductive fibers in the warp or weft direction. It has the characteristics of efficient and permanent anti-static and dust-proof performance and clear texture. There are more and more manufacturers of anti-static clothing on the market, and the prices are also uneven, so that users often do not know how to choose when purchasing.


The results of this spot check show that the unqualified items are three indicators of fabric air permeability, fabric point-to-point resistance, and fabric breaking strength. Among them, the air permeability of the fabric is an important indicator that affects the wearing comfort of anti-static clothing. The smaller the air permeability of the fabric, the worse the air permeability of the anti-static clothing fabric. The point-to-point resistance of the fabric reflects the charge transport performance of the fabric itself. The smaller the point-to-point resistance of the fabric, the stronger the clothing's ability to transmit static charges, and the less likely it is to cause electrostatic discharge. The breaking strength reflects the durability of the garment. The breaking strength is small, and the anti-static clothing is not durable, and is prone to different degrees of damage. The fiber raw materials, yarn quality, fabric density, fabric structure, finishing and other factors of anti-static fabrics will all affect the breaking strength.
