Your anti-static clothing protection and preservation
We usually take care of clothes with slightly better materials, such as acetate / copper ammonia silk / cashmere / Australian wool, no matter in storage or daily wear, we pay special attention and care, update and pay attention to cleaning and protection. Therefore, we use and store in professional anti-static clothing, and also have professional protection and maintenance standards.
It is best to use neutral detergent to clean anti-static work clothes. Do not mix with other clothes. Use hand-washing or washing machine soft-washing procedures to avoid breaking of conductive fibers. The temperature of the washing water should be below 40. Rinse with normal temperature water. The washing time is as short as possible, but it must be rinsed sufficiently to remove the residual detergent. Do not use bleaching powder or organic solvents to decontaminate anti-static overalls with flame retardant and oil-proof properties.
In addition, the anti-static clothing should be noted during transportation. The anti-static work clothing must be covered, and the packaging must not be damaged to prevent sun exposure and high temperature exposure. It is strictly forbidden to drag by hand during transportation.
Anti-static work clothes should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent moldy deterioration. During storage, it should be more than 200mm away from the ground and walls, and more than 1m away from all heating elements. Direct sunlight should be avoided, and it is strictly prohibited to be placed in the open.
When antistatic wool knitted fabric is packaged and stored, an appropriate amount of anti-mothproof agent must be added.
