3 inch 4 inch 5 inch anti-static caster rubber wheel
Anti-static casters are usually made of the following materials:
Soft elastomers: Such as TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), TPR (thermoplastic rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride), these materials have a wide hardness range and good elasticity. They can be produced by adding permanent anti-static masterbatch or highly conductive carbon black to produce anti-static conductive casters.
Engineering plastics: Nylon PA6, PA66, PP (polypropylene) and other materials are suitable for casters or wheel cores with high load capacity. These materials have good wear resistance, self-lubricating effect, impact resistance, mechanical strength, high and low temperature resistance and chemical resistance. By adding carbon black or anti-static masterbatch, conductive or anti-static medium, heavy and extra-heavy casters can also be produced.
Conductive polyurethane: This material is also often used to make anti-static casters because it can provide a large resistance value to meet anti-static requirements.

High elastic rubber (ER): Rubber is also a commonly used anti-static material because of its high resistance and is often called an insulator. High-elastic rubber (ER) is often used for anti-static trolley casters because it provides sufficient elasticity and support while maintaining good anti-static properties.
To sum up, anti-static ESD casters can be made of a variety of materials, including but not limited to the above-mentioned soft elastomers, engineering plastics, conductive polyurethane and high-elastic rubber (ER). The choice of material depends on the required load capacity, wear resistance, self-lubrication and anti-static properties.
