A simple trick to test the ionizer air fan is good or bad

There are more and more factories that use ion fans to remove static electricity, but the test of ion fans is often not concerned. Even if the ion fan blows out not the ion wind, it is ordinary wind, and it is rarely understood, which will bring very much to the product. Big damage. So, do we have a simple and practical way to test it?
First take a roll of tape that is normally used for sealing, and a static field tester.

We first tear the tape hard. At this time, use the electrostatic field tester to test the electrostatic voltage. You will find that the electrostatic voltage will be several thousand volts or more.
Next, turn on the ion fan and blow it with the ion wind on the part of the tape that is torn open. It doesn't take too long for about 1 second. Then use the electrostatic field tester to test the static voltage. You will be surprised to find that the electrostatic voltage is only Dozens of volts. It is confirmed that the ion fan I use is effective, not an electric fan.
