The electronics factory, bio-pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries have strict environmental requirements for the production workshop. The company has equipped a series of anti-static products for every employee who needs to enter the clean room. For the electronics factory and the semiconductor industry, anti-static Gloves are anti-static equipment that is indispensable in production. It is a commonly used static protection product.



The base material of the anti-static glove is composed of rayon and conductive fiber. The distance between the conductive fibers is 4mm, which has excellent anti-static performance of elastic hair, and avoids damage to the product caused by static electricity generated by the human body. Therefore, it is used in the electronics industry as well as in the clean room of semiconductors. An anti-static glove that controls the "destiny" of the product, how can it be done without proper maintenance? So how do we use and maintain anti-static gloves?


According to the quality of anti-static gloves, we classify anti-static gloves into Class A and Class B.

 Class A: The quality is good, the number of times that can be cleaned is more than one hundred times, and the cleaning can be repeated several times without deteriorating the antistatic performance with cleaning.


 Class B: The number of cleanings should be controlled within 50 times. Because the carbon fiber quality of Class B antistatic gloves is relatively poor, there is no Class A glove for cleaning.

Antistatic gloves cleaning problems:


1. The temperature of the cleaning gloves must be controlled. The temperature of the polyester fabric should be controlled to be greater than 60 ° C and less than or equal to 70 ° C. The nylon fabric should be controlled to be greater than 50 ° C and less than or equal to 60 ° C.


2. For anti-static gloves with oil stains before washing, be sure to clean the surface first. Clean the oil before picking up the clean parts. If any damaged anti-static gloves are found, they must be disposed of.


3. After cleaning the anti-static gloves, it must be dried under the clean air circulation system of the clean room, and all subsequent packaging work is required under vacuum.


4. The water used to clean the anti-static gloves should pass through a special filter device, and the solvent used must be distilled before use.


Frequent cleaning of anti-static gloves can ensure that its performance and service life will not drop rapidly, and timely cleaning of stains will be more beneficial to the production work. The cleaning work of anti-static gloves can never be saved!
