Anti-static safety management measures

1. Corresponding safety measures must be taken in all processes and equipment sites that are hazardous by static electricity.

2. In areas where explosive gases may occur, ventilation measures must be strengthened to keep the concentration below the lower explosive limit.

3. Workers in hazardous locations should wear anti-static shoes and work clothes as needed, or set up facilities that can easily remove static electricity from the human body, such as installing grounding railings; it is strictly forbidden to wear clothing and classic clothing in the above areas Enter this area; it is strictly forbidden to rub clothes with flammable solvents (xylene, etc.) in the above areas. Conductive ground should be laid on the floor of the operation area and its conductivity should be ensured.

4. Operate and inspect in places where classics are produced, and do not carry metal objects that are not related to work, such as keys, watches, rings, etc.

5. It is strictly forbidden to store flammable and explosive liquids that are prone to static electricity in plastic containers.

6. It is forbidden to take samples, gauge gauges or put metal objects in tanks (tank trucks) during the process of loading flammable and explosive liquids. Gauge sampling should be carried out after filling materials and standing still.

7. It is forbidden to use jet steam to heat flammable liquids.

8. It is forbidden to use insulated hoses to insert flammable liquid tanks for pipetting operations.

9. In the case of machine failures, liquid leakage, changes in process conditions or changes in material consumption, precautions must be taken to avoid electrostatic hazards.

10. It is forbidden to spray solvent directly into the tank with a pump, and the self-flow method must be adopted.

11. For conveying flammable liquids, an appropriate safe flow rate should be selected according to the inner diameter of the pipeline and the resistivity of the medium, and generally should not exceed 1 m/s.

12. The metal accessories arranged on the insulated pipeline should be specially grounded.

13. The equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, and units for the production, storage and loading and unloading of combustible gas and flammable liquids should have grounding devices to conduct static electricity.

14. All anti-static grounding wires must be sturdy and reliable. The cross-sectional area of the grounding wire should not be less than ten square millimeters. The individual anti-static grounding resistance should not be greater than 100 ohms. When sharing with other purpose grounding electrodes, other grounding and technologies should be met. Claim.

15. The anti-static grounding wires of equipment, storage tanks, units, pipelines, etc. should be connected to the grounding body or grounding trunk separately, and must not be interconnected and grounded.

16. The installation of anti-static grounding body should be drilled and tapped on the edge of the bottom corner of the equipment, unit, storage tank, etc., and the welding terminals (or bolts) should be connected with bolts not less than M10, and there should be anti-loosening devices. Coated with industrial petroleum jelly; when the grounding wire is wound and connected with the metal pipe, it should be wax-welded. When the welding terminal is used for connection, the strength of the pipe shall not be reduced or damaged.

17. For non-metallic pipelines (non-conductor) equipment, the metal ribbons, nets, etc. wound on the outer wall should be evenly wound on the surface, and should be reliably grounded.

18. When rubber or plastic pipes are used as pipelines for conveying flammable liquids, conductive rubber, conductive plastic hoses or conductive rubber hoses with a metal braid must be used, and they must be grounded reliably.

19. The emptying ports on the production equipment and storage tanks should be equipped with flame arresters. When the feed pipe enters from the upper part of the equipment, the feed pipe should be extended to the bottom of the equipment to avoid static electricity.

20. In the anti-static production process and places, the mechanical transmission should be geared as far as possible. When using a V-belt drive, you must use an anti-static triple angle belt; when using an ordinary V-belt drive, you must take measures to improve its surface conductivity.

21. When the connecting flange between the pipelines of Q-1 and G-1 places and the equipment, units, and valves, the contact resistance is greater than 0.03 ohms, the metal wire should be used as a jumper.

22. For Q-1, Q-2, G-1, G-2 places, when the metal pipes installed in parallel on the non-metallic frame have a net distance of less than 10 mm, every 20 meters Use metal windings to bridge; when the net distance between the metal official posts is less than 100 mm, metal wires should also be used to cross.
