1. Laying method of anti-static table mat:
Lay an anti-static table mat (posted with double-sided tape) on the desktop, and then buckle one end of the anti-static grounding wire on the surface, and connect the other end to the ground conductor, so that the static electricity collected on the desktop is passed through the anti-static grounding wire The principle of venting:
1. The green surface is for storage and absorption of static electricity around the desktop, and its resistance is 107~109Ωcm;
2. The black bottom surface is a conductor ≤106Ωcm, because it is a conductor, it can quickly discharge the absorbed static electricity;
3. One end of the grounding wire is connected to the anti-static table pad, and the other end is connected to the ground, so the static electricity is smoothly discharged to the ground through the grounding wire, so that the static electricity around the desktop is discharged through this principle.
2. Laying method of anti-static mat:
1. Requirements for foundation ground:
⑴ The foundation ground can be terrazzo ground, porcelain ground, or wooden ground.
⑵ The ground should be level, without obvious unevenness, and the unevenness should be less than two thousandths.
⑶ The ground must have sufficient strength without sanding and shelling.
⑷ The ground should be dry.
2. Construction procedures and specific methods:
⑴ Use 120# gasoline or xylene to clean the debris on the ground (using a washing machine);
⑵ Use copper or aluminum strips for laying on the ground. For example, use copper strips with a thickness of 0.02mm and a width of 30mm. The number of strips is determined according to the requirements for laying on the ground.
⑶ After laying the grounded conductive net, clean and dry the ground, apply conductive glue, and let it dry for 20-30 minutes, until the hands are not sticky. The operation of the bottom surface (black surface) of the anti-static mat is the same (apply conductive glue once). Then glue the anti-static rubber sheet to the ground, and then roll it with a heavy roller 5 times to make the surface of the anti-static rubber sheet neat and straight. It can be used after 48 hours at room temperature.
⑷ The ambient temperature during construction is not less than 25℃, the temperature is not more than 60%, and the ventilation is good.
⑸ The resistivity of the conductive glue is not more than 108Ωcm, and the peeling strength is Kg/2.5cm.
⑹ Conduct conduction between the gaps, just use conductive glue, or paste on the surface of the copper strip.
