Antistatic clothing test method
1. Point-to-point resistance test method
1 Principle
The object to be tested is placed on an insulating plate, electrodes are placed on it, and a DC voltage is applied between the electrode devices to measure the point-to-point resistance of the sample.
2 devices
Test electrode: The test electrode is divided into two metal cylinders with a diameter of (65±5) mm.
High resistance meter: The measuring range of the high resistance meter: 10^5 ohm-10^13 ohm; measurement accuracy: when it is less than or equal to 10^12 ohm, it should be ±5%; when it is >10^12 ohm, it should be ±12%.
Insulation mesa: mesa surface resistance, volume resistance are greater than 1 × 10^14 ohms, its geometric peripheral dimensions are 10cm larger than the measured material, and the distance between electrodes is 300mm.
3 Washing treatment
Wash according to the prescribed washing method.
4 samples
Pick five test points at different locations on the antistatic fabric.
5 Test Conditions
The test environment is temperature (20±5)C, relative humidity (35±5)%.
NOTE: If testing in a non-specified test environment, the environmental conditions should be noted in the report.
6 Test procedure
Test voltage (100 ± 5) V, test time (15 ± 1) s, if the surface resistance is less than 10^5 ohms, you can reduce the voltage and indicate it in the report, repeat the above process to select four more points on the same sample to test .
7 Test results
Take the geometric mean of the five measurements as the final result.
two. charged charge measurement method

1 Principle
The sample rubbed by the roller friction machine is put into the Faraday bucket to measure the charged amount of the sample.
2 samples
One piece of anti-static clothing (both top and bottom).
3 devices
3.1 Friction device
Rotary drum friction machine.
3.2 Charge test device
It consists of a Faraday cylinder and an electrostatic charge tester.
4. Wash according to the prescribed washing method.
