                                                       Antistatic fabric and cushioning material

The antistatic fabric used for antistatic engineering shall be a fabric modified with synthetic fibers in a fabric interwoven with conductive fibers or mixed with an antistatic agent into a polymer. It is not suitable to use a fabric coated with an electrostatic agent. The antistatic performance of the fabric shall comply with the relevant national standards. The other properties and product quality of the fabric shall conform to the quality standards of similar products.

The gasket material constructed as a wall conductive layer shall comply with the performance standards and fire performance of the conductive material, and shall be selected among the following three materials:

1 Magnesium fireproof board coated with conductive putty. The volume resistivity of the magnesia fireproof board should be 1x104-105Ω.cm, and the conductive material should be added to the conductive putty. The volume resistivity should be less than 1x104Ω.cm after coating the conductive putty.

2 Conductive polyethylene foam board. The sheet made of foamed conductive material mixed into the polymer should be used, and its volume resistivity should be kept stable for less than 1x104 Ω·cm for a long time.

3 Polyurethane foam plastic bonded conductive polyethylene film. The volume resistivity of the conductive polyethylene film should be less than 1x104 Ω.cm, and the corresponding conductive adhesive should be used for bonding.

Curtains and work chair covers in anti-static engineering should be made of anti-static fabric, and anti-static fabric interwoven with metal fibers should be used. Curtains and seat covers made of anti-static fabrics shall be grounded and shall be tested and qualified for ground resistance according to the electronic industry standard SJ/T10694.
