Antistatic mat parameters and characteristics


The anti-static mat can be used as an anti-static mat and as an anti-static mat. Generally divided into two layers, the surface layer color is green, gray, blue, black, etc., as well as the distinction between light and matt, this layer is mainly anti-static function, dissipating resistance. The resistance is 10 to the power of 6 to the power of 9. The color of the bottom layer is black. This layer is a conductive layer and is mainly conductive. The material of the anti-static mat is mainly made of conductive material and antistatic material and synthetic rubber which dissipates static electricity. The surface layer is conventionally 0.5mm, and can also be made into 1MM 1.5MM according to customer requirements. The bottom layer is conventionally 1.5MM, and can also be made to 1MM and 1.5MM. The total thickness can be made 2MM, 3MM, 5MM and so on. The mat is used for a long time, has good acid and alkali resistance, and is easy to clean.


The anti-static table mat has a certain degree of softness, strong rebound force and toughness. It can maintain a little softness and elasticity in the cold northern region or in the mild southern region.


Points to note when using a table mat:

1. The surface of the product is strictly prohibited from contact with acid-base solvents such as alcohol and benzene. It is easy to discolor the surface of the table mat, fade or even reduce the resistivity. When cleaning, use only a cloth dampened with a neutral solution such as water.

2. When fitting the table mat, apply glue to the black part of the bottom of the table mat and the work surface, then press and fit to prevent the product from shrinking. If the anti-static mat has shrinkage problem, it is recommended to lengthen the specification during the cutting, relax a little distance, and then store it for 24 hours, then use the glue to fit, so that the product has a recovery process.

1. Elongation at break: 188%

2. Tensile strength: 3.6MPA

3. Tear strength: 20.6KN/M

4. Resilience: 14%

5. Impact catalytic temperature -250C: no damage

6. Compression permanent rate of change Compression 25%: 17.9

7. Temperature resistance: 200 degrees
