The national standard for the anti-static performance of anti-static work clothes has put forward requirements for the amount of charge on a single piece of clothing under certain washing resistance conditions: for qualified anti-static work clothes, each finished product must be marked with the manufacturer name (or factory mark), factory address, product name, trademark, size specification, product grade, and production date; each package must indicate the item number, product name, size, grade, production unit, and factory date, and be accompanied by product instructions, etc. Anti-static clothing is dust-proof and anti-static, which is the main feature of this clothing. Dust-free is the key among the keys. Anti-static work clothes are generally made of polyester. At present, the anti-static fabrics on the market are mainly of the following types:
Anti-static fabrics are ordinary fabrics mixed with conductive fibers. This kind of anti-static fabric is now generally accepted and recognized because it is not affected by the environment. The antistatic performance of this antistatic fabric is related to the type of conductive fiber and the distribution of conductive metals, graphite, carbon black, etc. in the fiber. It can be divided into four types: uniform conductive component type, conductive component covering type, conductive component composite type and conductive component mixed type. Among them, other composite conductive fibers containing conductive components such as carbon black and graphite can be directly used for weaving filaments. If a conductive filament is embedded in the warp yarn at a certain interval (such as about 1.5 cm), a good antistatic effect can be obtained. It is currently the best conductive fiber for weaving antistatic clothing.
