There are two types of megohmmeters for testing, 100V and 10V (±5%), 100V is used to test ≧1X106 ohms, and the 10V file is used to test <1X106 ohms. When testing, it can only be carried out in accordance with certain established procedures. The specific procedures are as follows:

1. The temperature and humidity conditions during inspection are: temperature: 23±3oC, relative humidity: 40%-60%±5%.

2. Check whether the device under test and the electrodes of the megohmmeter are hygienic. If necessary, use a soft cloth dampened with 70% isopropanol to clean it.

3. At least six product samples are required to be tested during the first article, inspection and inspection.

4. Check the surface resistance of the glove. Put the sample to be tested on the insulating board, and then place the electrode of the megger on the surface of the glove. The electrode should not exceed the sample.

5. After the electrodes are placed, when testing the anti-static gloves, use the 10V file of the megohmmeter to check, if the reading is <1.0X107 ohms, use this file to continue the check, if the reading is >1.0X107 ohms, switch to the 100V file to check . After the reading is stable, record the reading and complete the inspection.

6. Use synchronous investigation to test other models. Specification of external surface resistance: ≥1.0X105 ohm to <1.0X109 ohm
