Common Electrostatic Protection Equipment
1.Personal Electrostatic Protection Equipment
Anti-static protective clothing: Made from fabric embedded with conductive fibers and compliant with the GB 12014-2019 national standard; it neutralizes static electricity from the human body. Suitable for sectors such as electronics manufacturing and petrochemicals, some models also offer dust-proof and flame-retardant capabilities.
Anti-static wrist straps: Cost-effective devices that make direct contact with the body to dissipate static electricity; they are fundamental protective tools widely used in the electronics industry since its early days.
Anti-static shoes/shoe covers: These channel static electricity from the body to the ground via conductive structures in the soles. They must meet safety standards requiring a sole resistance of 1×10⁵ Ω to prevent static accumulation on the body.
Anti-static gloves: Made from conductive yarn or anti-static nitrile materials, these prevent direct contact between human static electricity and components during the handling of precision electronics, while also protecting component surfaces from fingerprint contamination.
2.Operational Environment Electrostatic Protection Equipment
Anti-static bench mats/floor mats: Laid on work surfaces or floors to create a continuous path for static dissipation, safely channeling static electricity from the work area into the grounding system.

Ionizing air blowers: Actively generate positive and negative ions to neutralize static electricity in the environment. Ideal for settings with stringent static control requirements, such as semiconductor packaging and LCD panel production; some models support networked monitoring of operational status.
Electrostatic testers: Used to measure surface electrostatic voltage, static dissipation time, and ion balance; these are essential tools for verifying the effectiveness of protective measures.
