Construction Specifications for Direct-Laying Antistatic PVC Flooring

1. General Provisions

Antistatic tiles

1.1.1 The construction content of antistatic PVC flooring includes base treatment, grounding system installation, adhesive preparation, laying and cleaning of antistatic PVC flooring panels (hereinafter referred to as flooring panels), testing, and quality inspection.

1.1.2 The temperature at the construction site should be between 10 and 35 ℃; the relative humidity should not exceed 80%; ventilation should be good, and other indoor construction work should be basically completed.

1.2 Materials, Equipment, and Tools

1.2.1 Construction materials should meet the following requirements:

1. Flooring Panels: The physical properties and dimensions should meet the requirements of the "General Specification for Antistatic Flooring Panels" SJ/T11236, and have permanent antistatic properties. Its volume and surface resistance: The resistance value of conductive flooring panels should be lower than 1.0 × 10⁶ Ω. 2. Conductive adhesive: It should be a non-water-soluble adhesive with a resistance value lower than that of the panel being applied, and an adhesion strength greater than 3 × 10⁶ N/m².

3. Plastic welding rods: They should be made of materials with uniform color, consistent outer diameter, and good flexibility.

4. Copper foil for conductive grounding: The thickness should be no less than 0.05 mm, and the width should preferably be 20 mm.

4.1 The panel should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse, away from acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances. Handle with care during transport, avoiding violent impacts. Do not expose to direct sunlight or rain.

4.2 Commonly used construction equipment (including tools) should include a grooving machine, plastic welding gun, rubber hammer, cutter, and ruler.
