Anti-static clothing is undoubtedly an indispensable item in electronics factories. Improper use and wearing can cause significant problems for products. So, how should anti-static clothing be worn?
1. Do not put on or take off anti-static work clothes in flammable or explosive environments.
2. Do not attach or wear any metal objects to anti-static work clothes.
3. Anti-static work clothes should be worn in places where explosive gas mixtures occur continuously, frequently for short periods, or exist for extended periods under normal conditions, or in places where explosive gas mixtures may occur, and where the minimum ignition energy of flammable materials is below 0.25 mJ.
4. Anti-static work clothes should be kept clean to maintain their anti-static properties. After use, wash them with a soft brush or cloth dampened with neutral detergent, being careful not to damage the fabric fibers.
5. After a period of use, the anti-static clothing should be inspected. If the anti-static performance does not meet the standard requirements, it should no longer be used as work clothing. 6. When wearing antistatic work clothes, they should also be used in conjunction with antistatic shoes, and the ground should also be a conductive floor.
