DP-305-1 Concentrated antistatic liquid for blister packaging
Concentrated antistatic liquid is a highly efficient static eliminator with antistatic agent as the core ingredient. It forms a conductive film on the surface of the object through surfactants to achieve static neutralization and dissipation. Its characteristics and uses are as follows:

Long-term effect
The effective antistatic cycle can reach several months to 1 year (under normal temperature), and the surface resistance can be reduced to 10⁷-10⁹Ω, which is suitable for low humidity environments (humidity <20%)

Adopts non-toxic formula, complies with RoHS standards, is non-flammable and has no corrosive residue

Active ingredients: quaternary ammonium surfactants (accounting for more than 98%)
Dilution ratio: 1:100 (adjusted according to the conductivity requirements of the substrate)
Packing specifications: 1 gallon (about 3.78L) standard barrel, covering an area of 4000-4500 square feet
IV. Precautions
Do not mix with acidic cleaners, and let it stand for 10 minutes after spraying to form a film
Storage temperature must be controlled at 5-35℃ to avoid direct sunlight that may cause decomposition of ingredients
